Pumpkin Milk shake


  • Pumpkin – 1/4
  • Milk – 100ml
  • Cinnamon powder – 1 tsp
  • Pistachios – 5
  • Scoop Vanilla cream – 2
  • Sugar – Required
  • Honey – Required
  • Ice cubes – Required

How to Prepare

Total Preparation Time: 20-30 minutes

  1. Take milk pan, add 100ml milk and allow it to boil for 10 minutes
  2. Cool down and remove layered fat and chill it refrigerator for 2 hours
  3. Remove seeds of pumpkin then cut into small pieces
  4. Add it to a blend them like smooth foamy juice
  5. Then add required sugar, 3 tsp honey and blend it for 2 seconds
  6. After that add chilled milk and blend them for a minute
  7. Then transfer it into a glass, add some ice cubes,
  8. Then add pistachios and topped with ice cream
  9. Now the healthy Pumpkin milk shake is ready for serve
