Dates Milk shake


Ingredients

  • Dates – 25
  • Milk – 100ml
  • Scoop Vanilla icecream – 2
  • Pistachios – 6
  • Sugar – Required
  • Ice cubes – Required

How to Prepare

Total Preparation Time: 20-30 minutes

  1. Take milk pan, add 100ml milk and allow it to boil for 10 minutes
  2. Cool down and remove layered fat and chill it refrigerator for 2 hours
  3. Wash and remove seed from dates and chop 5 dates very finely and keep aside
  4. Chop rest of the 20 dates very finely and add it to a blender with chilled milk then blend them like smooth foamy juice
  5. Then add required sugar and blend it for 2 seconds
  6. Then transfer it into a glass, add some ice cubes and stir it with a spoon
  7. Then add chopped dates and topped with ice cream, finally garnish with pistachios
  8. Now the healthy Dates milk shake is ready for serve
