Egg Chappathi – முட்டை சப்பாத்தி
Ingredients
- Wheat flour – 250 g
- Corn flour – 50g
- Eggs – 4
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- Chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Salt – Required
- Oil – Required
How to Prepare
Total Preparation time: 20-25 minutes
- Take wheat flour in bowl add water gradually and make a sticky dough
- Marinate 20-30 minutes for fluffiness
- Split the dough into small dough balls
- Take some corn flour and rub over small dough
- Roll this dough into medium round shape using circular rolling board and rolling pin
- In the mean time, take a bowl, break and add eggs, then add salt followed by turmeric powder, chilli powder and beat them well
- Take a ordinary pan and cook the chappathi dough on both side
- Once chappathi is cooked, add egg mixture over it
- Spread it all over the chappathi and turn it back cook it for 1 minute
- Add egg on the both sides and cook for 2 minutes
- Now the Egg chappathi ready to serve
